#6 – You Are A Joint-Heir with Jesus

You don’t have to be “good enough” to earn God’s promises. You are an heir of God (Rom. 8:16-17)! He’s your loving Father! Remember: It’s your spirit that’s most important! It’s what will live for eternity! Forever!
Think of this: An heir inherits the goods because they are in the family. You are a valuable member of God’s family; a joint heir with Jesus! God’s promises are your inheritance in Christ. You can enter into rest now because you don’t have to earn something that already belongs to you!
You are no longer a slave! You are God’s own child! And since you are His child, God has made you His heir (Gal. 4:7).
