How to Receive Healing from God
In order to receive our healing from God, we must believe that God has already healed us!! We must get to a place where we really believe right now that we are healed, no matter what. How do you do that? It depends on what you consider the real you. Realize there is more to us than just our physical body and our soulish realm. There’s something more than our 5 senses. To only be controlled by our 5 senses means we’re carnal.
There’s a 3rd part to us: Our spirit, which cannot be seen or felt. In fact, it is impossible to contact your spirit in any way except through believing what the Word of God says.
Jn 6:23 “The flesh profits nothing. It is the Spirit that quickens. The Words I speak to you are spirit and they are life!”
The average person cannot believe something that isn’t within the 5 sense realm. We need to get to a place where we believe we are really healed. It’s a heart condition. Do we really trust God’s Word more than everything going on in our physical body? We need to get to a place where we can.
Why? Because we have already been healed (1 Peter 2:24)! God has already done everything it takes for us to be well. God is not going to heal us today! He already did it! It’s in your spirit and we have to draw it out of our spirit and manifest it in our flesh.
We have to have the attitude that God has already done His part. And He’s put His power on the inside of us. It’s up to us now whether we get healed. Ephesians 1:19-20 says “And what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, which He wrought in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead, and set Him at His own right hand in the heavenly places!” We need to stop being so passive!!
We have raising from the dead power inside of us!!! We need to confess this spiritual truth in order to see it manifest in our physical bodies! Get angry at the devil! It’s okay to be mad at the devil. Get mad at sickness! At poverty! Hate it. Hate weakness. Inadequacy. It is not how God made us to be!
The majority of people who get healed get this attitude and angry and stirred up! They turn on those things. This is how they resist the devil who will then flee from them. Get in the driver’s seat. “Hey, if God has already healed me, I’m not staying there any more!”
Ephesians 1:3 says “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who has already blessed us with every spirit blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.” God has already blessed us! He’s already done it!!!
Don’t just see healing as something out there in the future. We need to start speaking God’s Word to activate the raising from the dead power of God that He’s already placed on the inside of us. Believe we have already been healed. Don’t look to get healed. Don’t elevate your 5 senses above the Spiritual world.
Hebrews 11:3 “Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”
The Spiritual world is the parent force. The parent is greater than what was created. We are spirit beings and we never die. The Spirit realm is more real than our physical realm.
Stop living in the carnal realm only. Elevate God’s Word above it! Meditate on His Word!
Proverbs 4:22 says “God’s Word is health unto all of our flesh!” The Word of God gives spiritual and physical life to us. God’s Word will physically produce health in us. This goes along with what was said in Proverbs 4:10, Psalms 34:12-15, Proverbs 14:30, 15:4, 13, and 17:22.
Psalm 107:20 “He sent His Word and healed them!”
Healing and deliverance are in God’s Word. Those who lack healing and deliverance lack a proper understanding of God’s Word.
2 Peter 1:3-4 says “According as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue!”
Peter was saying that everything we need comes through knowledge. That’s because Jesus has already given us everything we could ever need when we were born again. We don’t need to get something new. We just need a revelation of what we already have in Christ.
Faith is already present. (Gal. 5:22-23.) We just need to learn how to use what we have. Prosperity is already given; we just need to learn the laws that govern God’s prosperity and cooperate with them. Healing has already been deposited on the inside of us. (1 Pet. 2:24.) We have the same raising-from-the-dead power that raised Jesus from the dead. (Eph. 1:20.)We don’t need any more power. We just have to acknowledge what we have (Philemon 1:6) and then learn how to use it.
Believe that you are already healed. Stand and say, “I reject “X.” Jesus’ atonement paid for my healing. Therefore, I believe that I am healed. I speak blessing over my entire body, from the top of my head to the soles of my feel. You will operate in the manner God created you to. Thank You, Father, that I am healed!”
God’s Word is spiritual truth! t’s already done. And it’s a lot easier to get something you already have than to try to get something you don’t have.
Quit trying to do something and get God to respond to us. Instead just start believing we are healed. And get angry and fight and resist the symptoms!
Start saying, “I am healed. It is done!” Keep saying it. Believe you’re not trying to get healed any more, but that you are healed! Use your words for what God intended them for: To speak life into situations!
See yourself healthy, prosperous and whole! Visualize it. And keep speaking. Because God’s creative power is voice activated!! Then take one step. And then another step. And then another step. And don’t quit!
